About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Chief Technical Officer (CTO) with a strong background in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all technical and operational aspects of projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management of PEB construction projects.
• Lead technical teams in design, fabrication, erection, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and develop engineering and project management teams.
• Report directly to top management on project progress and technical performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 16 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in PEB projects.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale construction operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of PEB systems, structural design, and fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines.
