Key Responsibilities
1. Staff Accommodations
Assist in contract management, occupancy tracking, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate utilities, repairs, and accommodation maintenance requests.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and housing guidelines.
2. Company & Staff Transportation
Support daily scheduling of drivers and staff vehicle movements.
Maintain vehicle logs, service reminders, and documentation.
Coordinate transportation requests across departments.
3. Staff Facility & Compliance Coordination
Assist with uniform distribution and staff accommodation records.
Support visa transfer, labor cards, and related documentation coordination.
Maintain compliance records and assist with inspections.
4. Housekeeping
Monitor cleanliness standards in clinics and accommodations.
Assist in managing housekeeping staff and roster updates.
Coordinate with vendors for cleaning supplies and waste management compliance.
5. Maintenance & Facility Upkeep
Log preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with external technicians for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and generator issues.
Track completion of facility upkeep tasks and report deviations.
6. Security Services
Assist with guard deployment schedules and attendance.
Coordinate with security vendors for CCTV, access cards, and incident reporting.
Support fire & safety compliance activities (Civil Defense coordination).
Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office, recordkeeping, and documentation.
Ability to multitask and handle field/site visits when required.
Basic understanding of facility operations (transport, housekeeping, maintenance).
Professional, reliable, and process-oriented.
