Associate Product Manager

2-4yrs

Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and define clear product features that align with strategic goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, full-stack development, data science, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Define and track product and project metrics to measure feature adoption, user engagement, and overall success.
  • Own prompt engineering efforts to fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and enhance AI outputs.
  • Research frequently and propose innovative AI/Agentic features and solutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation, release notes, and support materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies with engineering and design teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, including product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
  • Assist delivery teams with the product/accelerator deployments. Required Qualifications
  • Good understanding of Analytics & AI/ML fundamentals and hands-on experience working with or managing data and AI related projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and user stories.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to or understanding of web/mobile development, Data Science and cloud-based architectures is a plus. Why Join Us?
