Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GeM Portal Specialist based in Gurugram. The GeM Portal Specialist will be responsible for managing and updating the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, catalog management, handling bids and tenders, order processing, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The specialist will also interact regularly with internal teams and government officials to ensure timely submission of proposals and maintenance of records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and updating government e-procurement portals, especially GeM
• Experience in handling bids and tenders, catalog management, and order processing
• Ability to ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and government officials
• Strong organizational and time management skills for timely submission of proposals
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the security services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
