We have 6 manufacturing Units and have a strong Pan India presence through Offices/ Showrooms/ Application centers/Depots in many major cities of the country Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and supporting the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.  Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure timely submissions. Support internal and external audits. Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.  Assist with payroll processing as required.  Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks or ERP systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
