Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GeM Portal Executive, located in Delhi, India. The GeM Portal Executive will be responsible for managing operations related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Primary duties include vendor registration, uploading product details, processing bids/tenders, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and resolving queries efficiently. The role involves maintaining up-to-date market trends, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing GeM portal operations including vendor registration, product uploads, and bidding processes
• Strong skills in data entry, documentation, and reporting
• Knowledge of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction
• High level of attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and related software
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• Previous experience working with GeM portal or similar government platforms is advantageous
