Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a GeM Portal Executive, located in Delhi, India. The GeM Portal Executive will be responsible for managing operations related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Primary duties include vendor registration, uploading product details, processing bids/tenders, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and resolving queries efficiently. The role involves maintaining up-to-date market trends, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting. Qualifications Proficiency in managing GeM portal operations including vendor registration, product uploads, and bidding processes Strong skills in data entry, documentation, and reporting Knowledge of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction High level of attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and related software Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field Previous experience working with GeM portal or similar government platforms is advantageous
