Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for product catalog creation, L1 identification, bidding participation, and overall management of tender-related activities for departments within Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage product/service catalogs on the GeM portal
Identify L1 (lowest bid) products/services for various departments
Participate in online bids/tenders as per requirements
Monitor bid deadlines, eligibility, and documentation
Maintain proper records of bidding history and results
Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, delivery, and specifications
Prepare and upload required compliance documents

Required Skills:

Prior experience with the GeM portal is a must
Knowledge of government procurement and documentation
Proficiency in computer operations (MS Excel, PDF, internet tools)
Excellent communication and email handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Type:

Part-time / Remote (Work from home)
Weekly coordination calls and monthly reporting

Preferred Location:

Candidates familiar with Andaman & Nicobar Islands procurement system will be preferred.

Incentive

Performance-based incentives for successful bidding.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
