Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled GeM Executive to manage procurement and sales activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, tender bidding, documentation, and communication with government buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations on GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace).
• Create, upload and update product listings with accurate pricing, specifications, and documents.
• Search, monitor, and participate in relevant bids/tenders and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, quotations, and approvals.
• Track bid progress, respond to buyer queries, and negotiate terms if required.
• Maintain documentation related to bids, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with GeM rules, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on bid status, orders executed, and sales performance.
• Communicate with government buyers through the GeM portal for follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working on GeM portal (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of bid submission, product listing, and catalog management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
