● Provide end-to-end application support across cloud environments and microservices-based architecture.
● Maintain and optimize production systems deployed in GCP and AWS to ensure high availability and reliability.
● Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, taking ownership of incident response, troubleshooting, and postmortem analysis.
● Monitor system performance, uptime, and logs using Datadog, and proactively address issues before they impact users.
● Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows using GitHub Actions and other GitHub-based tools.
● Design and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
● Drive service reliability best practices, including SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets across teams.
● Identify and automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency.
● Support the deployment, operation, and optimization of containerized microservices in Kubernetes or similar platforms.
● Collaborate with software engineers to ensure services are production-ready and observable from the start.
