GCC - Sales manager

We are looking for a "Sales Leader" ( 8-10 years of experience) for a global IT service provider

Experience with selling IT services & technology to the domestic market in GCC/GIC segments

for chennai and bangalore location

Qualifications:

• 8- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, with at least 5 years focused on GCC/ Domestic Segment
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-growth sales organizations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership

  : Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets across the Indian market.

• Market Penetration

  : Build and enhance market presence, identifying and targeting key industries and clients to expand our footprint.

• Customer Engagement

  : Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive value for clients.

• Team Building & Leadership

  : Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of passion, innovation, and success.

• Performance Tracking

  : Use analytics and sales data to make informed decisions, continuously refine strategies, and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background

  : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
