Gas Turbine Performance Engineer

• Conduct gas turbine engine performance prediction and thermal performance analysis (both overall system and component level).
• Support the design, development, and technical analysis of gas turbine engines, focusing on performance testing, assembly, and test operations.
• Contribute to the research and development of advanced gas turbine technologies and performance engineering methodologies.
• Perform engine diagnostics and interpret data from testing environments.
• Develop and enhance software tools and applications for thermodynamic calculations and performance modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to address complex technical challenges and deliver robust performance solutions.
• Present technical results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure alignment with quality standards, technical accuracy, and project delivery timelines.
• Promote best practices in documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team and organization.

• Strong knowledge of gas turbine engine thermodynamics and aerodynamics.
• Gas turbine performance prediction

• Thermodynamic code/tool development
• Background in research, design, development, or technical support in gas turbines is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the development of engineering applications for performance and thermodynamic modeling.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
