Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure high performance.
  • Customer & Partner Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance loyalty and drive sales.
  • Market Analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Track sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration:Work with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership:Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Sales Experience:A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the garment or textile industry.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Communication:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
