Communicate with buyers and suppliers on specs, pricing, and timelines.
Manage sampling (proto, size-set), fabric/trims approval, and purchase orders.
Track production via cost sheets, T&A calendars, and quality inspections
Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and negotiate costs for profitability.
Coordinate shipments, documentation, and post-delivery follow-ups.
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and decision-making abilities support costing and vendor selection. Knowledge of garment construction, textile testing, and export documentation proves essential. Effective relationship-building across departments drives on-time delivery
