Garment Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of garments that meet quality standards.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on trends and inform product development strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
• Oversee the entire production process from design concept to final product, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Implement and conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment merchandising or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient understanding of garment production processes, quality control procedures, and international trade regulations (a plus).
