Garment Merchandiser

Job Title: Junior & Senior Merchandiser (Garments) Location: VKI, Jaipur Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience) Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Merchandisers (Junior & Senior levels) to manage garment production, sampling, vendor coordination, and buyer communication. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of the garment industry, fabric types, trims, and production processes. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with buyers and suppliers for product development and order execution. Manage sampling, approvals, and timely dispatch of samples. Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Handle costing, pricing, and negotiation with vendors. Maintain accurate records of orders, fabric consumption, and shipment details. Work closely with the design and production teams to meet buyer specifications. Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production. Requirements: For Junior Merchandiser: 0–2 years of experience in garment merchandising. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production. For Senior Merchandiser: 3–7 years of experience in garment merchandising. Experience handling buyers independently. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Strong understanding of production planning and quality control. Qualification:Graduate or Diploma in Fashion Designing / Textile / Apparel Merchandising or related field.
