Job Description / Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards across all stages of garment production from raw material inspection to final product delivery This includes factory audits, maintaining the Quality of the shipment to the customer requirement, through control activities taken during various stages of production Carrying out the various inspection activities, Giving quality approvals, Validate that the garment fits well across sizes and body types, Effective follow up of quality assurance plan Desired profile of the candidate : (250 Characters) B.Tech in Textile Technology /Diploma in GMT /Technically qualified from a reputed Fashion Institute / NIFT, Computer Literacy, can work in a team, Self-initiator , Production follow-up skills, can perform under pressure, can meet the business and quality targets through decision making at various stages of garment manufacturing
Job Description / Responsibilities: Work closely with the design and buying teams to develop seasonal collections, Analyse fashion trends, Plan product ranges and prepare sales forecasts, Assist in creating tech packs and product specifications, Coordinate with manufacturers for product sampling and approvals, Negotiate prices, lead times, and order quantities with vendors, Ensure timely delivery of production samples and bulk orders delivery schedules Desired profile of the candidate : Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, Apparel Management, or related Strong understanding of fashion trends and retail dynamics, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube & other digital platforms Manage budgets, bids, and ROAS/CAC goals Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences & landing pages Analyse data using Google Analytics (GA4) & prepare weekly insights reports Collaborate with creative, content & web teams to drive conversions Identify new growth opportunities & emerging ad trends Required Technical Skills : Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, pixel setup, lookalike audiences Google Ads Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube Google Analytics (GA4) tracking & performance insights Google Tag Manager (GTM) tag setup & event tracking Excel / Google Sheets reporting, pivot tables & ROI tracking UTM tracking & attribution analysis Bonus Skills : Experience using e-commerce and marketing automation platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo , or comparable D2C tools.
