Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube & other digital platforms
  • Manage budgets, bids, and ROAS/CAC goals
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences & landing pages
  • Analyse data using Google Analytics (GA4) & prepare weekly insights reports
  • Collaborate with creative, content & web teams to drive conversions
  • Identify new growth opportunities & emerging ad trends

Required Technical Skills :

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, pixel setup, lookalike audiences
  • Google Ads Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube
  • Google Analytics (GA4) tracking & performance insights
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) tag setup & event tracking
  • Excel / Google Sheets reporting, pivot tables & ROI tracking
  • UTM tracking & attribution analysis

Bonus Skills

Education

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
