The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design skills across digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience while maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities:Develop and design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, emailers, and print materials. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals aligned with campaign objectives. Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity. Prepare final artwork for production (print and digital), ensuring accuracy and quality. Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Edit images, retouch photos, and create visual templates as needed. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Experience with digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) is a plus. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Good communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback. Preferred Skills:Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment. Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
