Garment Merchandiser

As an experienced candidate with over 3 years of experience in the Garment/Apparel Industry, you should possess excellent communication skills and an acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in internal & external communication with buyers, departments, and vendors throughout the process from order confirmation to shipment. - Prepare and adhere to the Time and Action (T&A) calendar to ensure timely execution. - Ensure all materials and approvals are in place before the Pre-Production Date (PCD). - Monitor and maintain the correct quality of samples and bulk production stages, including fabric and trim quality. - Clarify all details with buyers regarding their requirements and provide costing details such as consumption, fabric costs, trim costs, and washing costs. - Track delivery dates for on-time shipments and provide timely updates to buyers. - Follow up on running orders and upcoming orders to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the Garment/Apparel Industry. - Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
