Key Responsibilities: Business & Technical Analysis Gather, document, and analyze functional/non-functional requirements for lending and financial systems. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams. Collaborate with product, tech, QA, and compliance teams throughout the SDLC. UI/UX Collaboration Work closely with UI/UX designers to shape user-friendly journeys for customers and internal users. Translate business workflows into wireframes/mockups; ensure they reflect usability best practices. Conduct and coordinate feedback loops, A/B testing, and usability validation during UAT. Champion a customer-first mindset in all digital interfaces (loan app forms, payment portals, CRMs, etc.). Domain-Specific Understand NBFC processes including credit, onboarding, collections, and regulatory checks (CKYC, CRIF, CIBIL). Support integrations with APIs (payment gateways, credit bureaus, KYC vendors). Ensure UI flows adhere to RBI guidelines, data privacy, and security standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent. 0-2 year of experience as a BA in NBFC/BFSI domain. Hands-on experience working with UI/UX designers and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and basic SQL/API concepts. Strong understanding of digital journeys, mobile/web application flows, and end-user behavior. Excellent communication, wireframing, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in LOS/LMS platforms and internal CRM systems. Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and localization. Certifications in BA/UX (CBAP, UX-PM, etc.) are a plus.
