Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled iOS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in iOS application development, hands-on experience with Swift and Objective-C, and a proven track record of leading mobile projects from concept to deployment. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining innovative mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end design, development, and deployment of iOS applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define app features and functionality.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness to meet business and user requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and fix bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs.
  • Implement best practices in mobile architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Swift).
  • Manage publishing of apps to the App Store and maintain version upgrades.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools in iOS development.
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing, and code quality standards.
  • Act as Delivery Manager for key projects, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : 4+ years in iOS development
  • Languages : Swift, Objective-C, RxSwift.
  • Frameworks & Tools : Cocoa Touch, AVFoundation, Alamofire, Realm, CoreData, WebRTC, Apple Health, Fitbit integration.
  • Architectures : MVC, MVVM, Clean Swift.
  • Technologies : Firebase (Realtime DB, Functions, Push Notifications), Socket.io, PubNub, ElasticSearch.
  • Tools : Xcode, GitLab, Jira, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Basecamp.
  • Strong knowledge of App Store submission process and guidelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have

  • Experience in cross-platform development (Flutter basics).
  • Exposure to health-tech, fintech, social networking, or on-demand service apps.
  • Strong understanding of real-time communication and subscription models (Apple Pay, WebRTC, etc.).
  • Team management and client communication experience.
