Job Description

Role Overview: As a Game Designer at our company, you will be responsible for crafting innovative game designs and leading a dynamic team. Your main duties will involve writing game design documents, driving prototyping, mechanics, pacing, tuning, and ensuring the overall creative vision of the projects. You will have the opportunity to work with a small, passionate indie team and enjoy complete ownership of the game development process without client work constraints. Additionally, you will have the freedom to implement top-notch game development processes to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Write clear and concise game design documents - Drive prototyping, mechanics, pacing, tuning, tutorial, usability, level ramp, story, meta-structure, aesthetics, and creative vision of projects - Utilize a metrics-driven approach to game design to enhance retention, virality, and monetization - Source ideas and draft proposals including concept docs, development plans, product plans, and schedules - Understand and contribute to company goals, sales/marketing requirements, and advise on portfolio direction and new game ideas Qualification Required: - Passion for games - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Designer - Technical knowledge in Game Designing is essential Company Details: N/A,
