Game Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically sound Game Designer with hands-on experience in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). This role is not just about ideas—you will design, prototype, and collaborate closely with developers and artists to ship immersive, high-quality interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging gameplay mechanics, levels, and user flows for AR & VR experiences
• Create Game Design Documents (GDDs), wireframes, and interaction flows
• Collaborate with Unity/Unreal developers, 3D artists, and animators
• Prototype gameplay mechanics and test user experience in immersive environments
• Balance gameplay for performance, realism, and user comfort (motion, interaction, accessibility)
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and technical constraints
• Stay updated on AR/VR trends, devices, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in AR/VR game or experience design
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and UX in immersive environments
• Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine (designer-level usage)
• Familiarity with AR/VR platforms such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, ARKit, ARCore
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and iteration mindset

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with multiplayer or interactive simulations
• Knowledge of 3D pipelines, shaders, or basic scripting
• Experience designing for mobile AR or enterprise VR applications
• Background in UI/UX design for immersive platforms
