About the Role:

You should be:

• Design Graduate from NIFT/NID or other institutes, having specialised in Lifestyle Product Accessory Designs or Furniture Design. We are open to other specialisations as well, but our requirements is fundamental and solid understanding and demonstrated capacity of doing this work.
• During your academic course and thereafter, you should have had hands on experience in Design and Development, specifically in Home Décor, Furniture and Craft Clusters, through Conceptualisation, Product illustrations, Material explorations and Product development. 
• You should have worked with a variety of materials-Wood, Metal, Terracotta, Fabric, Leather, Bamboo and others.
• You should have had experience in production coordination with craftsmen, medium and large scale factory production of such products.
• You should have an understanding and experience of managing production schedule, production process, coordination with various vendors and craftsmen.
• You should have an especially keen eye for detail. Nothing that is less than perfect should be acceptable to you and you want to constantly improve both the quality of work and process of operations.
• It is ideal if you have hands on experience in location in Jaipur or Jodhpur furniture clusters and companies.
• And Finally you understand that you are only beginning your journey and have the motivation, the dedication and discipline of learning and constantly striving to do better than previous day.
• You should have great persuasion and communication skills. You can speak and listen with empathy to both high end designers, corporates and clients as well as with craftsmen, skilled and well as un-skilled labour. And you can get work done.
• Technical skills: Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD/3D Max, Adobe inDesign, Corel Draw, Key shot etc.
