Budget for the role - 4 LPA maximum (depends on experience)


This is a Sales Internship opportunity to be converted to a full time employment opportunity in 2-3 months and it is for go-getter sales professionals who want to make it big in their careers and have a passion for the interior decor and lifestyle industry.


The working hours would be 10 am to 8 pm (6 days a week)


You need to have:

  • Experience or Interest in Home and Lifestyle, Design and Furniture.
  • Experience, demonstrated skill or strong interest in sales, creating customers and understanding how digital marketing enables sales.
  • We are looking for a Business Development professional, with a passion for furniture and design, who will consult incoming leads on design and furniture and help close sales with high value customers.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all customer communication through phone, social media and email
  • Scale revenue by increasing sales MOM and achieving sales targets.
  • Help identify products from the CraftsMill catalog and share information regarding material, delivery times and other aspects to customers looking for that information.
  • Follow-up and create a sales pipeline of inbound queries coming through social media channels.
  • Ensure end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


Requirements

  • A degree in interior design. (Without degree, but strong fundamentals, knowledge and willingness to work and learn is fine too)
  • Either work experience in sales, business development or design background.
  • Highly creative and ability to use simple design tools such as Canva.
  • Experience or understanding of the sales process, cultivating leads through social media and ability and willingness to develop leads and close business.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of E-commerce and Performance Marketing.
  • ABOVE AVERAGE COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Presenting, speaking, effective writing ability in English.
