Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Factory Accountant to manage production cost accounting, vendor bill verification, e-way bill generation, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate will be based at our Jodhpur factory and work closely with the production and procurement teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational transparency. Key Responsibilities Cost & Production Accounting Maintain and update production cost ledgers (material, labor, overheads). Track cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and analyze variances. Prepare cost sheets for furniture SKUs and report cost trends. Vendor Billing & GST Compliance Verify all vendor bills (materials, logistics, contractors) for accuracy. Ensure timely accounting of input GST , TDS, and other tax compliance. Maintain a record of tax liabilities and support monthly GST return filings. E-way Bills & Invoicing Generate and manage e-way bills for all outgoing shipments. Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure compliance. Assist in preparing GST-compliant invoices and transport documentation. Inventory & Stock Control Maintain factory-level raw material and finished goods inventory records .
