Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, building relationships with donors, securing sponsorships, and organizing events to raise funds for animal welfare initiatives. The role also involves preparing proposals, maintaining a donor database, and collaborating with the team to meet fundraising targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in event management and organizing fundraising activities
Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategies and techniques
Marketing and social media management skills to promote campaigns
Time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Enthusiasm for animal welfare and experience in nonprofit organizations is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
