Key Responsibilities:

• Public Engagement:

  Approach individuals in high-traffic areas (e.g., shopping malls, events, and streets) to raise awareness and funds for charitable organizations.

• Fundraising:

  Inspire and encourage individuals to support causes through regular donations or one-time contributions.

• Relationship Building:

  Establish meaningful connections with potential donors, explaining the impact of their contributions and how their support will make a difference.

• Campaign Knowledge:

  Stay informed on campaign goals, objectives, and the causes being supported to ensure clear and accurate communication with potential donors.

• Target Achievement:

  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and ensure all donations are properly documented and processed.

• Brand Representation:

  Represent the organization and its cause in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner, adhering to all company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Passion for fundraising and supporting meaningful causes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and connect with people from all walks of life.
• Target-driven with a desire to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and resilient.
• No prior experience required training will be provided!
• Comfortable with working in outdoor environments and face-to-face interactions.
