Fundraiser

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Fund Raiser to support our organization in generating funds through individual donors, corporate partnerships, and fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential donors and sponsors
• Communicate the organization’s mission, projects, and funding needs clearly
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors
• Coordinate with internal teams for fundraising strategies
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and funds raised
• Follow up on pledges and ensure timely collection of funds

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of fundraising or sales is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
