Role Description This is a full-time on-site Fundraiser role located in Patna at BATF. The Fundraiser will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to organizing fundraising events, developing fundraising strategies, donor outreach, and managing donation campaigns to support our various projects and interventions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in organizing fundraising events and campaigns Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor outreach Ability to work collaboratively in a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field

The Fundraiser will identify and engage potential donors to secure funding for the foundation’s initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and implementing fundraising strategies, organizing events, crafting grant proposals, and maintaining relationships with donors. The Fundraiser will also ensure transparent reporting of funds and provide regular updates to stakeholders, working closely with the team to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage donors and stakeholders effectively Proficient in strategic planning, grant writing, and developing fundraising campaigns Experience in organizing events and managing donor relations Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate leadership when needed Knowledge of nonprofit operations, educational initiatives, or community outreach is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in digital tools for managing communications and fundraising activities
