Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role located in Patna. The Fundraiser will identify and engage potential donors to secure funding for the foundation’s initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and implementing fundraising strategies, organizing events, crafting grant proposals, and maintaining relationships with donors. The Fundraiser will also ensure transparent reporting of funds and provide regular updates to stakeholders, working closely with the team to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage donors and stakeholders effectively
• Proficient in strategic planning, grant writing, and developing fundraising campaigns
• Experience in organizing events and managing donor relations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate leadership when needed
• Knowledge of nonprofit operations, educational initiatives, or community outreach is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in digital tools for managing communications and fundraising activities
