Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Fundraiser role located in Patna at BATF. The Fundraiser will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to organizing fundraising events, developing fundraising strategies, donor outreach, and managing donation campaigns to support our various projects and interventions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in organizing fundraising events and campaigns
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor outreach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
