Funding Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate project-wise funding needs and prepare detailed cash flow and fund flow forecasts
• Source funds through term loans, construction finance, lease rental discounting, working capital, and other instruments
• Develop project reports, financial models, and investor presentations for banks, NBFCs, and financial partners
• Build and manage strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and funding agencies to negotiate favorable loan terms
• Ensure strict compliance with loan covenants and lender reporting obligations
• Monitor loan disbursement schedules, track interest rates, and manage repayments to optimize interest costs
• Stay updated with RBI regulations, market trends, and credit policies relevant to real estate funding
• Collaborate with leadership to provide inputs on capital structuring and long-term financial planning
• Support due diligence processes with external agencies
