VSV Securities (IFSC) is a GIFT City based servicer on the Verified Network (www.verified.network), a decentralized financial services platform for payments, financing, and investments. The company provides AMLA compliance, distribution and investor servicing to investment product issuers globally.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fund Accountant located in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The Fund accountant will be responsible for daily trade settlement, cash and position reconciliation, NAV calculations, treasury management and financial reporting. The Fund accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash management processes and ensure timely flow of subscription capital to issuers and distributions to investors on the Verified Network.

Qualifications

• Experience with fund products, credit linked notes, derivative products
• Treasury Management and Cash Management skills
• Finance and Analytical Skills
• Cash Flow management experience
• NAV calculations experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Qualified chartered accountant (CA) or CFA charter holder
