Position:

About the Role

Fund Accounting professional

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
Fund Accounting operations
including NAV preparation, review, and validation.
Manage fund structures across
Private Equity, Hedge Funds
, and other investment vehicles.
Review
financial statements, reconciliations, and investor reporting
deliverables.
Ensure compliance with
GAAP/IFRS
and internal control standards.
Lead and mentor a team of
10–12 members
, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with international stakeholders and auditors for seamless process execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with 12+ years of experience in
Fund Accounting / Fund Administration
.
Strong technical knowledge in
NAV calculation, Fund management, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds
.
Proven experience in
team handling, performance review, and people development
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
