Operations

Executing the strategies to achieve the business goals

● Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

● Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall productivity.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments and optimize resource allocation.
