Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities -

Provide daily support and troubleshooting assistance for Yardi users, ensuring quick resolution of issues and optimal software performance.

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing functional questions and system needs.

Work closely with clients to understand their unique business processes, offering solutions and configuration guidance within Yardi.

Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Yardi data. Document issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance the support knowledge base.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.Stay up-to-date on Yardi system updates, enhancements, and best practices to provide clients with proactive support.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in commerce.2+ years of experience with Yardi software in a support capacity.

Familiarity with Yardi modules such as Investment Management, Forecast Manager, or others is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues.

ERP Consultant or Strong Finance Background

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients of varying technical backgrounds.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills and commitment to accuracy.

Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for Short term / Long term assignments on need basis Domestic/International.

Candidate should be open to work in different time zones.
