Functional Analyst/Consultant - Contract Life Cycle Management

Role Overview: As a contract data analyst at Workday, your role is crucial in preparing, analyzing, and assessing data for AI readiness, as well as building AI models to achieve business outcomes. You will be a part of a team supporting CLM/CI customer implementation projects, working closely with legal analysts and business analysts to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AI model extracts. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Document Review (Quality Control) - Assess and remediate metadata - Identify prevailing contract terms and create contract hierarchies - Collaborate with customers to build contract playbooks, including guidance on configuring clause libraries and defining logic for AI-based data point identification and extraction - Build custom AI prompts to extract specific data from fields and clauses Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, Master of Laws (LL.M.), or background in legal studies highly desirable - At least 3 years of experience in AI and data projects, with a solid background in data analysis, data remediation, and building AI models - Minimum of 3 years working directly within the CLM or Contract Intelligence (CI) domain, including hands-on experience in contract analysis and process analysis - Minimum of 5 years delivering services to external clients or customers - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability, problem-solving skills, effective communication, pattern recognition, analytical skills, time management, and prioritization abilities Additional Company Details: Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
