Functional Analyst

As an Engineer, Functional Analyst at Pune, India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering significant components of engineering solutions to achieve business goals efficiently and reliably. The corporate security program focuses on enhancing the efficiency of physical security operations through technology and process improvements, supporting major applications related to Physical Access control systems and video surveillance. Your key responsibilities will include active participation in designing solution components, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, reliable, and maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall solution and environment. You will actively seek opportunities to enhance the availability and performance of components by applying monitoring insights, automating processes, and fostering a "DevOps" mindset. In this role, you will need to understand functional requirements and expectations of stakeholders, provide active reporting and analysis to keep stakeholders and management informed of progress, identify and address possible risks and issues that could impact delivery, manage product vendors engagement and communication, work closely with global stakeholders, and collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and program management to deliver projects successfully. You should have around 6-8 years of technical work experience and possess expertise in technologies like Python, SQL, .NET, front-end languages and libraries, JavaScript frameworks, CI/CD, and Oracle database.
