Functional Analyst

You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Manhattan WMS, including 1 or 2 implementation experiences with Manhattan WMOS/Active. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed documentation like Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to outline integration processes and workflows. You will need to work on Major or Minor Capabilities within WMOS based on business requirements and provide guidance on optimizing WMS functionalities. Additionally, you should have experience in Manhattan WMS Configurations, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End testing, and Release Management related to complex Warehouse Management implementations. Your expertise should cover Manhattan WMS across versions such as SCPP and Active WM, along with extensive exposure to Manhattan Warehouse Management implementations globally. Effective communication with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable functional specifications is crucial. You should possess implementation experience in Manhattan AWM and WMOS, and have the ability to create Business Requirement Documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the capability to work with clients to enable Capabilities using WMS Scripts. Moreover, you must have experience with Oracle databases, including SQL and PLSQL queries, and a good understanding of Integration with ERP. Familiarity with WMS Reports/Supply Chain Intelligence tools is necessary, as well as knowledge of integrating warehouse management systems with other equipment and systems like MHE (conveyors) and Warehouse control systems (WCS). Working knowledge of Manhattan Proactive & APIs will be an added advantage. Your ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills are also essential for this role.,
