Experience : 12+ Years Required skills: WMS, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder, Java / J2EE, JavaScript and Velocity Job Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram / Pune Roles and Responsibilities Act as SPOC for the Architecture/Solution for end-to-end ecommerce ecosystem Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy for our applications involved in e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Define and enforce architectural principles, guidelines, and standards that support scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies like AI, machine learning, and personalization engines Communicate architectural strategies and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in Ensure the e-commerce architecture supports high availability, performance, and scalability to meet business demands, especially during peak shopping periods Implement best practices for security and data privacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. Establish and enforce governance processes for architectural changes, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards Participate in scoping, estimating efforts etc. Contribute to white papers, blogs Contribute to Pres-Sales Activities Desired Candidate Profile 12+ years of experience WMS (like Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder etc.) and Java / J2EE, JavaScript, Velocity. Experience in Manhattan WMS is mandatory Lead the implementation of Manhattan WMS modules, configuring them to support various warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Customize the WMS to accommodate specific business rules, workflows, and integrations with other systems. Strong knowledge on WMS inbound/outbound processes Strong understanding on Manhattan WMS integration with other systems like ERP/MHE (Material Handling Equipment)/ProShip Experience on Manhattan Active & Proactive tool is added advantage. Experience in web services (REST & SOAP) Very strong experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications Should have knowledge on messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, Rabbit MQ, JMS etc.), Exposure to Authentication, Authorization, SSO using JWT, OAuth, SAML is required. Experience in Pre-Sales - defining end to end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures and non-functional & performance aspects and drive proposals Experience in Retail - Ecommerce domain is required Experience in code refactoring and performance tuning of application Very strong implementation experience using Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, and clean code principles Should have client facing experience and having worked in matrix organization & onsite-offshore model Experience in using estimation techniques like (Use-case, FP, Story points). Experience in creating presentations, demos to customers and internal management team. Experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Experience in Practice related Activities like Develop POC, Accelerators development, Tools/Framework/Platform evaluation, contribution to Marketing collaterals.
