Functional Analyst

We are seeking a Functional Analyst to join our AI solutions team focused on designing and deploying intelligent agents that transform how businesses interact with data, customers, and internal operations. The ideal candidate will act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams, ensuring the successful translation of business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to AI agents and digital workforce initiatives.Identify opportunities to apply AI-based agents to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experiences.Document functional requirements, business processes, data inputs/outputs, and user interactions for AI agent systems.Translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications for data scientists, NLP engineers, and software developers.Define and manage acceptance criteria, user stories, and test cases for AI agent functionalities.Collaborate with QA and development teams during design, testing, and deployment phases to ensure solution alignment with business needs.Analyze post-deployment performance of AI agents and recommend enhancements based on KPIs, user feedback, and business impact.Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and ethical considerations related to agent design and usage.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in AI, automation, or software product environments.Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning, conversational design, and intelligent automation.Proven ability to create functional specifications, process flows, user journeys, and data mapping documents.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface between business and technical teams.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
