AGF Tecnik is based in Longueuil and operates under the umbrella of AGF Group Inc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Rebar Detailing, located in Thanjavur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the rebar detailing team, ensuring accurate technical drawings, coordinating with clients and project managers, and managing estimation and detailing processes. The role involves ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Qualifications Experience in rebar detailing and technical drawing Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to oversee estimation processes and coordinate with project managers and clients Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in rebar detailing Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field is preferred Experience in the construction industry is a plus Show more Show less
