Function Head, Investor RelationAs the President of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global investor relations strategy. You will be the primary spokesperson for the company to the investment community, responsible for ensuring that the company's financials, business strategy, operations and performance are accurately and effectively communicated to investors and analysts. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.Principal Accountabilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global investor relations strategy and framework.Communicate the company's financials, business strategy, operations and performance to the investment community.Monitor and analyze macro-economic trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the top management.Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and maintain awareness of any changes in rules and regulations that might affect the company.Conduct risk assessments and manage potential risks that could impact the company's financial performance.Lead and manage the investor relations team, ensuring they are effectively communicating the company's investment story.Provide feedback to the company's leadership regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results.Develop and manage a robust investor relations section on the company's website.Organize and participate in earnings conference calls, investor meetings and industry events.Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in all areas of investor relations, including the process of communication with the markets.The role requires a strong understanding of finance and communication, combined with strategic thinking and leadership.
