We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient across the stack but leans heavily towards front-end development. You will be a key player in designing and building our next-generation web applications, translating complex requirements into beautiful, functional, and scalable solutions.

What you'll do at Nice:

● Collaborate with other engineers, designer, product manager, and users

● Design, develop, test, maintain robust software in an agile, continuous delivery environment

● Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets or exceeds coding best practices, unit testing, security, scalability, and maintainability guidelines

● Mentor and learn from teammates

● Research, adopt, and advocate for new technologies

● Respond to support issues during business hours

What you’ve done before:

● Experience developing high-quality, secure, user-friendly interfaces

● Have demonstrably high proficiency in at least one or more of the following programming languages/library frameworks: Kotlin, Python, Postgres, Redis, Spring, React, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js

● Experience with unit and integration testing, and writing modular, testable code

● Empathy, a mindful collaborative spirit, and the ability to work effectively with a team

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, and a desire to influence the software being built
