About the Role

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development. This position is well-suited for early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) who want to grow their expertise in the MERN stack and contribute to building scalable, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend–backend integration.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to industry best practices.
• Perform testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in fullstack development and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers when needed.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js (including modern libraries/frameworks such as Redux).
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB for backend development.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and experience writing efficient queries.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in creating educational content (course videos, mentorship) will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
