Role Overview

Fullstack Developers (3–5 years experience)

hands-on development role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Java-based backend microservices

  (Spring Boot or equivalent).
• Build dynamic, responsive, and modular

  React.js frontends

  with modern UI practices.
• Contribute to

  Python-based services and AI/ML-driven modules

  for product innovation.
• Develop and integrate APIs following

  API-First principles

  .
• Work on

  relational and analytical databases

  (PostgreSQL, Oracle migration experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement

  CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure deployments

  .
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong focus on

  scalability, security, and performance

  .
• Participate in

  architecture discussions

  and provide inputs on design decisions.
• Collaborate in an

  Agile environment

  , delivering features in sprints and ensuring timelines are met.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years

  of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:

• Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices)

• React.js

  (hooks, state management, UI libraries)

• JavaScript/TypeScript

  (advanced proficiency required)
• Solid understanding of

  databases

  : PostgreSQL (must-have), Oracle (good to have).
• Experience with

  API design, integrations, and security best practices

  .
• Exposure to

  DevOps tools

  : Git, Docker, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of

  unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD

  practices.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum teams
