Role Overview We are looking for Fullstack Developers (3–5 years experience) with strong foundations in Java, React, and Python , complemented by modern DevOps and database skills. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications — both for AiRizz’s flagship products and for enterprise-grade service projects. This is a hands-on development role where you will collaborate with architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that combine robust backend engineering, modern UI development, and AI-driven capabilities . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend microservices (Spring Boot or equivalent). Build dynamic, responsive, and modular React.js frontends with modern UI practices. Contribute to Python-based services and AI/ML-driven modules for product innovation. Develop and integrate APIs following API-First principles . Work on relational and analytical databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle migration experience is a plus). Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure deployments . Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong focus on scalability, security, and performance . Participate in architecture discussions and provide inputs on design decisions. Collaborate in an Agile environment , delivering features in sprints and ensuring timelines are met. Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI, DevSecOps, and fullstack frameworks . Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer. Strong proficiency in: Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices) React.js (hooks, state management, UI libraries) JavaScript/TypeScript (advanced proficiency required) Solid understanding of databases : PostgreSQL (must-have), Oracle (good to have). Experience with API design, integrations, and security best practices . Exposure to DevOps tools : Git, Docker, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with client-facing communication. Nice to Have Python (for AI/ML services, automation, or backend scripts) Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar). Knowledge of workflow automation tools and BI tool integration . Prior experience with secure VDI-based remote environments . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
