Full Stack Team Lead (Java + Angular)

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

● Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering technical growth within the team

. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to define, design, and deliver new features.

● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with a focus on performance and scalability

. ● Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

● Ensure best practices for software development, including adherence to timelines and quality standards.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and practices.

● Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies where appropriate.

● Participate in architectural discussions and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

● IT/EC/CE Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech /MCA / M.E. / Msc.IT) or similar certifications

● 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

Skills:

● Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.

● Extensive experience in Java, particularly Spring Boot for building microservices architecture. Proven experience in designing and developing scalable microservices.

● RESTful APIs: Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

● Strong experience with RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and back-end technologies.

● Proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering within deadlines. ● Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple departments.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.

Other Requirements (Good to Have):

● Experience in healthcare domain

● Experience in Agile / Scrum development environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
